We do not collect private keys or seed phrases, and we never take custody of your funds.

Kodai is built on data — it powers everything from trending rankings to personalised discovery. When you use the Platform, you allow us to use the information we collect broadly, so that we can keep building and improving the ecosystem. This includes using information to:

• Personalise your experience across the Hub and the Kodai bot

• Any other purpose consistent with operating and growing the Platform

Because this data no longer identifies you personally, we may use, publish, license, or share it freely for any lawful business purpose — for example, market insights, trend reports, product research, and partner integrations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Requests can be sent to admin@kodai.xyz. Note that anonymised or aggregated data, and public blockchain data, fall outside these rights.

Data may be processed globally, wherever Kodai or its service providers operate.

We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
