Kodai is a non-custodial, multi-service platform that provides:

• Social features, profiles, and discovery tools
• Blockchain data, analytics, and wallet tracking
• Access to decentralized and centralized trading interfaces
• Integration with third-party services including exchanges, staking protocols, and fiat on/off ramps
• Marketing, advertising, and promotional placements
• Telegram bot tools and automation features

Kodai does not operate as a bank, broker, exchange, or financial institution.

Kodai does not hold, store, or control user funds.

• All wallets are user-controlled
• Private keys and credentials remain the sole responsibility of the user
• Transactions are executed directly on blockchain networks or via third-party providers

You acknowledge that Kodai has no ability to recover lost funds or reverse transactions.

To access certain features, you may:

• Connect a third-party wallet
• Use external authentication providers
• Interact via the Kodai Telegram bot

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and wallet
• All activity conducted through your account or wallet
• Any permissions granted to the Platform or Telegram bot

Kodai is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse.

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to decentralized exchanges and aggregators, centralized exchanges, staking and yield protocols, prediction market providers, and fiat on/off ramp services.

Kodai:

• Does not control or operate these services
• Does not guarantee their performance, availability, or security
• Is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by third parties

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Kodai provides access to trading interfaces and aggregation tools.

• Kodai does not execute trades on your behalf
• All transactions are initiated and confirmed by you
• Transactions occur on blockchain networks or via third-party providers

You acknowledge and accept risks including:

• Slippage and price volatility
• Failed or delayed transactions
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• MEV (Miner/Maximal Extractable Value) effects

By using the Platform, you agree that:

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• You are solely responsible for all actions taken using the Platform
• You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and credentials
• You understand and accept the risks associated with blockchain technology and third-party services
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your local jurisdiction

Kodai reserves the right to restrict or terminate access at its sole discretion.

The Platform may include paid placements, promotions, or featured content.

• Visibility, rankings, or "trending" status may be influenced by paid promotions
• Kodai does not endorse or guarantee any project, token, or service
• Users should conduct their own research before interacting with any promoted content

Kodai is not responsible for the performance, legitimacy, or outcomes of any promoted project.

Kodai is a data-driven platform. Features like trending, Heat rankings, Calls, analytics, and personalised experiences only work because the Platform can freely make use of the data generated on it.

By using the Platform, you grant Kodai a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to collect, host, store, use, reproduce, adapt, publish, analyse, distribute, display, and otherwise make use of any data and content generated through your use of the Platform. This includes account and profile information, wallet addresses and associated on-chain activity, usage and interaction data, and any content you submit or make available through the Platform or the Kodai Telegram bot.

This licence is what allows us to:

• Operate, personalise, and continuously improve the Platform and its features
• Build rankings, leaderboards, analytics, insights, and discovery tools
• Develop new products, features, and services
• Create and share aggregated or derived insights, including with partners
• Support advertising, promotions, and the growth of the Kodai ecosystem

Personal data is always handled in line with our Privacy Policy. This licence survives account closure to the extent needed for the purposes above, including data already incorporated into aggregated datasets, analytics, or platform features.

The Platform provides access to market data, analytics, and wallet tracking.

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
• Kodai does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information
• Data is provided for informational purposes only

This includes, but is not limited to, price data and charts, wallet balances and transaction history, and token information and analytics.

Kodai does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation or endorsement
• You are solely responsible for your financial decisions

You acknowledge that digital assets are volatile and may result in total loss.

Kodai offers functionality via Telegram bots. By using the bot:

• You grant necessary permissions within your Telegram environment
• You are responsible for how the bot is used in any group or channel
• Kodai is not responsible for misuse, admin actions, or third-party interactions

Availability of bot features depends on Telegram infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodai shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, digital assets, or financial value
• Trading, staking, or prediction market losses
• Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in data
• Failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions
• Smart contract exploits or vulnerabilities
• Third-party service failures or insolvency
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All use of the Platform is at your own risk.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Kodai makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of data
• Platform availability or uptime
• Reliability of integrations
• Suitability for any purpose

Kodai reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the Platform
• Restrict access by user or jurisdiction
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and agreed to these Terms
• You understand the risks involved
• You consent to the collection and use of your data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You accept full responsibility for your use of the Platform
