Heat and all promotional tools provided by Kodai are visibility-based features designed to increase exposure within the Platform.

• Heat does not represent ownership, value, or ranking guarantees
• Heat does not guarantee placement position, traffic, engagement, or user interaction
• Visibility may vary based on platform activity, algorithms, competing campaigns, and system updates

Kodai reserves full control over how Heat and promotional visibility are displayed, calculated, and prioritized.

Kodai reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Revoke a token's ability to receive Heat
• Remove, reduce, or reset active Heat
• Suspend or terminate promotional campaigns

This may occur in situations including, but not limited to:

• Security risks or suspected malicious activity
• Policy violations or abuse of the Platform
• Misleading, deceptive, or harmful projects
• Regulatory concerns or legal requirements
• Flags raised by internal systems or third-party partners

All purchases made through Kodai are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Heat purchases
• Advertising placements
• Featured listings or promotions
• Campaigns, integrations, or paid services

This policy applies regardless of:

• Performance or visibility outcomes
• User expectations or assumptions
• Market conditions or token performance
• Changes to platform features, layout, or algorithms
• Service interruptions caused by third parties or external factors

Kodai does not guarantee:

• Rankings, trending placement, or visibility position
• Traffic, impressions, clicks, or conversions
• Community growth, trading volume, or engagement
• Any financial or commercial outcome

All Services are provided on a best-effort visibility basis only.

In the event of a verified technical issue that directly prevents a purchased Service from being delivered:

• Kodai will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue
• Resolutions may include correcting the error, extending service duration, or issuing replacement value

Refunds, if any, are issued strictly at Kodai's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Selecting the correct token, campaign, or Service
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Reviewing all purchase details before confirmation

Once a purchase is completed:

• It cannot be modified, transferred, or reassigned

No refunds or compensation will be provided due to such changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodai shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, loss of opportunity, or market-related loss
• Reduced performance, visibility, or campaign outcomes
• Platform changes affecting exposure or ranking
• Third-party actions, failures, or service disruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

By purchasing or using any Service on Kodai, you:

• Accept that all purchases are final and non-refundable
